I'm Daphne Hecko, Chief Operating Officer of The Law Offices of Travis R. Walker, P.A., and Florida Legal Collections, P.A. My career path took an unconventional turn, starting in sales and leading to my current roles, where I combine creativity and problem-solving to bring efficiency and empathy into business operations.
With a unique blend of cultural heritage and American ingenuity, I stand as a resourceful leader, turning challenges into opportunities. I'm also a Visionary Architect, dedicated to transforming innovative ideas into successful realities through collaboration and a commitment to shared values.
A key focus of my work is driving revenue growth by diving deep into processes and procedures. I analyze every aspect of operations to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement strategies that maximize efficiency and profitability. This hands-on approach ensures that every decision and action aligns with the overarching goal of driving significant revenue growth for the organization.
In addition to my primary roles, I oversee operations and marketing for Treasure Coast Ragdolls, bringing my expertise and dedication to this unique venture. My sales background, honed at prestigious automotive dealerships like Audi Orange Park and Treasure Coast Lexus, has equipped me with the skills to excel in diverse industries.
My outstanding achievements have been recognized by the Center for Performance Improvement, where I was featured as one of the hardest-working women in automotive retail. I believe in the importance of client experience and treating reviews like gold, principles that have been cornerstones of my success.
As an intrapreneur, I bring entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking within the organizations I work for. This approach allows me to foster growth and drive change from within, turning challenges into opportunities and ensuring sustained success.
As a Girl Scout Cadette, I was honored to receive the highest award attainable for my age group: the Silver Award. This prestigious recognition is awarded to Scouts who demonstrate exceptional leadership, organization, determination, and dedication to community improvement. Earning the Silver Award required organizing and leading various events for younger scouts, allowing me to both teach and learn from troop leaders. This experience laid the foundation for my commitment to leadership and community service, principles that continue to guide my professional and personal endeavors.
I am also proud to have received the President's Volunteer Service Award, which includes a certificate and a congratulatory letter. This award recognizes individuals who have dedicated significant time to volunteer service. The criteria for this award vary by age group and include Bronze, Silver, and Gold Levels based on the number of volunteer hours completed within a 12-month period. As a young adult, I earned the Silver Level by completing between 175 and 249 hours of volunteer service in one year. This achievement underscores my commitment to giving back to the community and reflects my dedication to making a positive impact through volunteerism.
As President of the Green Club at Cardinal Newman High School, I was instrumental in the school being named a Certified Green School for two consecutive years. I worked closely with the Director of the Green Club to implement campus-wide sustainability initiatives and managed the application process, including submitting receipts, proof of initiatives, and before-and-after pictures. My leadership and dedication to environmental efforts were key in achieving and maintaining this prestigious certification.
